PetBizHQ Subprocessors

PetBizHQ is operated by PetBiz University, LLC, doing business as PetBizHQ (formerly PetBizCRM). To provide the PetBizHQ software, we work with a small number of trusted companies that store or process data on our behalf. These companies are called subprocessors.

Your data is yours. Subprocessors may only use it to provide the services we rely on to run PetBizHQ for you, under written terms that protect it at least as well as our Data Processing Addendum. They may not sell it or use it to train AI models.

How we tell you about changes. Before we add a new subprocessor of our own, we update this page and email the address on your account at least 15 days in advance. When HighLevel tells us it is adding a new provider, we pass that notice along to you within 5 business days. If you have a concern about a new subprocessor, email [[email protected]].

1. HighLevel and its providers

PetBizHQ is built on the HighLevel platform. HighLevel and the companies it uses to run its platform process data when you use PetBizHQ. HighLevel publishes and maintains its own list, which is the official and most current version:
